Oiam's Terms of Use
Oiam® lets you compare yourself against many other people. This can only work if the following is true:
- All users grant us an irrevocable license to use any content they create here, such as polls, answers and forum posts.
- All data stored on the website is anonymous, i.e. not traceable to a physical person. We never ask for your name or email address and discourage you from posting personally identifiable information. However, we cannot prevent you from posting such information yourself, for example by choosing your nickname to be the same as your real name. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information you post here, e.g. on the forums, cannot be associated with you or anyone else. By posting content you indemnify us from the consequences of any such breach of privacy.
- Some of the user-created content (e.g. polls) cannot be removed even if the user's account is deleted. If you delete your account the ownership of such content will be transferred to Oiam®. This does not apply to poll answers, which you can always change or delete at any point.
- All user-created content can be used for monetisation purposes. This includes advertising revenue and the sale of marketing data, such as cohort analysis. We will endeavour to share any profits with content owners according to web traffic and content attribution.
- All content posted on the website does not infringe intellectual property rights of another party.
- All communication between users is respectful of one another.
By registering an account on this website you agree to be bound by the these rules. Accounts of users who don't comply will be sanitized and/or suspended.
